Refund Policy

BillboardJamaica.com wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries please do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service(s) you purchased is not the best fit for advertising your business, product or service and you’ve attempted to resolve any advertising issues with our support staff that failed to be resolved, we will make you a refund.

Contact us via our contact page for a refund if you purchased an ad space from us within the last 7 days. Please include the following information if you are requesting a refund:

1. Name

2. Email address

3. Your transaction ID

4. Payment type (eg. Paypal)

We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve our service. Please let us know, also, why you are requesting a refund (optional).

Your refund will be issued promptly on our side, but it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to process correctly with your bank.
